Really, not too much going on

But I figured I'd post so I wasn'tinconsistent, new year new me! 

So, actually in my head there has been a lot going on, I need to update and refresh my house I've decided.  I love natural earthy tones, but truth be told looking at all the dark colors in this house day in and day out gets a bit deeeeeeeepressssssing.  On my inspiration board:

This carpet for the living room

look at this room, seriously, would be difficult for a downer day looking at those walls

Lastly, for my kitchen a new curtain made out of this

which for some strange reason reminds me of lemonade, I love lemonade, I love when the pitcher gets all frosty and the little lemon slices are all juicy and if someone accidently spikes it, well then all the better

But today, it's only January and wintry road ahead of us is a long one.  The long days of summer will be upon us soon enough, and I'll be complaining of sweating my ass off and mosquitos.  So, my mantra until then is I LOVE WINTER
